Prices and terms of hire
(Friday is changeover day)
The prices quoted are per week for two people. 50 € per week per person is added for more than 2 persons.
If you rent for more than a week the weekly price is lower for the second and subsequent weeks. Inguire about price for a long-term lease.
150 € per week, paid at the time of booking. Remaining rent is payable 8 weeks before arrival. In addition, mandatory final cleaning.
Nyons apartment .... 90 €
Nyons gate house ... 70 €
and electricity 0,50 €/kWh.
Bed linen and towels found in the apartment, while bath towels must be brought.
The use of the unlimited internet is now free.
All holiday homes in Provence are smoke free. Smoking on the terraces is permitted. We expect you to treat the apartment as your own home and that you are responsive to neighbors.
The dwellings may only be occupied by the declared tenants. Thus, overnight guests are not permitted.
Do not bring pets, because we want to ensure that all rooms are allergy friendly.
The Deposit must be paid within 8 days after booking and the receipt of lease terms. The deposit confirms your reservation.
The remaining rent and cleaning shall be paid no later than 8 weeks before the rental period commences.
Deposits are not refunded if the lease is cancelled.
If the lease is cancelled later tha 8 weeks before arrival, no refund will take place.
We recomend that you take out cancellation insurance.
Arrival and departure - Nyons
Normal arrival is after 2:00 p.m. and departure before 10:00 a.m. unless otherwise are agreed.
We ask you to inform us of the time and day of your arrival no later than 2 weeks before the rental commences in order for us to ensure that the lease is ready for possession. Within 3 weeks before your arrival you will receive driving directions.
We expect that you leave the premises in neat and tidy conditions, especially as the mandatory cleaning fee does not cover main cleaning.
All waste must be removed prior to departure.
The cost of electricity is to be paid before departure.
The tenant is responsible for all damages that occur during their stay, whether in the case of accident or neglect. You must inform us of any damage prior to departure.
